Hi, I’m Christine.

I used to distract myself with TV, expensive trips, shopping, and endless scrolling through the internet & social media. It was my way of avoiding the anxious, lost, & unsettling feeling I had deep inside.

When they didn’t go away, I started journaling. Journaling was something I loved as a kid but stopped after someone read my diary without my permission.

In the beginning, I wrote just a few lines a day. Over time, I wrote for longer periods of time and noticed a shift in my mindset.

I felt more clear, calm, and connected. I understood myself better and was able to love myself more. By following my bliss, getting in touch with my feelings, and becoming more mindful, I’m able to live life with more joy, meaning, & purpose.

This is why I started Third Bliss. I wanted to share the things I learned on my journey of healing to overcome anxiety, gain a stronger sense of self, and love myself for who I really am.
