I’ve wanted to try the Therabox subscription for years now. I first came across this company while looking for something that would help me practice self-care in a way that was convenient and easy.

I didn’t want to try it at first because it was a subscription service and I was intimidated at the thought of paying for something so indulgent every month.

So I completely forgot about it until recently. After trying out the products, I’m so excited to share with you everything that I learned about this beautiful box!

About Therabox.

The glow up from the inside out.

Each month features different products and there are several levels you can subscribe to. The more you buy the more you save. Once you subscribe, you can always cancel your subscription at any time.

Here are the subscription prices from highest to lowest (per month):

  • Month-to-month subscription: $39.99
  • 3-month prepay: $113.97 ($37.99/mo)
  • 6-month prepay: $215.94 ($35.99/mo)
  • 12-month prepay: $419.88 ($34.99/mo)

The boxes ship worldwide and you pay a flat shipping fee of $4.99 plus an additional fee if it’s international.

The boxes ship between the 24th and 29th of the month. They recommend that you order yours before the shipping dates so that you don’t miss out on the products if they run out.

I waited until a couple of days to order my very first box before the delivery date, on the 22nd, and received it a couple of days into the next month.

They don’t deliver until later in the month so that you can enjoy your products for the entire month. After the boxes are shipped, you get an email notification, and you are given a link to track your box.

Though the boxes are between $34.99 – $39.99 a month, the products by themselves are worth up to $195. So you get a lot of bang for your buck.

What’s inside.

According to the website, you get 6-8 wellness products per box. I received 8 in mine.

Here are the items that were inside the box that I ordered in June. Just remember that the items change every month.

Therabox review - book.

“Home Sweet Home Grown” book about gardening by Robyn Jasko. This is a tiny book that is packed with information about how to plan, grow, harvest, store, can, and cook your homegrown produce.

Therabox review - instant French manicure nails.

French Manicure Nail wraps by Ma Soiree. You get instant gorgeous nails for special occasions or any time you want beautiful nails in a pinch.

Therabox matcha green tea.

“Everyday Matcha” organic matcha green tea by Rishi. There is approximately 1 ounce of delicious green matcha tea inside of this container. Drinking it regularly can help you glow up from the inside.

Therabox lip balm.

Watermelon Lipsicle lip balm by INMO Beauty. This lip balm not only smells good and keeps your lips hydrated, it also changes color when the temperature changes.

Therabox body scrub.

Lavender Take A Breather Sugar Scrub. This scrub smells good, feels invigorating, and made my skin soft & smooth. One caveat, it can attract ants because it contains sugar. So keep it sealed in an airtight container.

Therabox face cleanser.

Truffle Therapy Morning Dew skin cleanser by Skin & Co Roma. This golden skin cleanser not only feels great, it also smells wonderful and washes off very easily.

Therabox face serum.

Nourish Mantra Facial Serum by Urban Rani. This serum made my skin look great and the serum glides smoothly onto your skin for easy application.

Therabox scrub and headband.

Facial Scrub and Headband by Willow Collective. I have not tried this product yet, but the texture is very soft and the headband is easy to use.

Are Therabox subscriptions worth the money?

After trying most of the products, I think that the

self-care subscription box is worth it because it’s like getting a birthday or Christmas present when the box arrives at your doorstep.
