I’m not sure I have the time for coaching. How can I fit this into my schedule?

We understand that life is busy, which is why the coaching program is designed with flexibility in mind. Sessions are scheduled based on your time and the coach’s availability. The mindfulness and self-reflection exercises can be integrated into your daily routine, requiring minimal extra time. Investing in yourself now will create long-term benefits that save you time and stress in the future.

Is coaching really worth the financial investment?

You don’t need to be an expert or spiritual practitioner to benefit from these techniques—they are simply tools to increase self-awareness and manage stress. The program is customized to fit your comfort level, and we offer a variety of approaches so you can find what works best for you.

Can’t I just read self-help books or listen to podcasts instead of joining a coaching program?

While books and podcasts provide valuable insights, they don’t offer the personalized guidance, accountability, and tailored strategies that coaching provides. Coaching is an interactive process that addresses your unique situation, challenges, and goals. A coach offers real-time feedback, helps you navigate obstacles, and ensures you’re applying what you learn in a way that leads to meaningful, sustainable change.

How much access do I have to you as a coach?

As part of the coaching program, you’ll have structured access through our weekly Voxer coaching sessions. While I encourage clients to respect boundaries around time, I strive to be responsive and supportive to ensure you feel guided throughout your journey. For more intensive support, we can discuss tailored options such as additional check-ins, questions you need addressed, share updates, get clarity on exercises, or extended availability, based on your specific needs.

Is there a payment plan option?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans and packages to make the coaching program accessible and manageable for you. We can discuss the best payment structure during your initial consultation to ensure it fits your financial situation, allowing you to invest in your growth without added stress.
