Hey there, I’m Christine! I used to believe that I had to be extroverted, have lots of money, be liked by everyone, and look perfect in order to be a strong leader.
I also used to shy away from speaking up, taking on leadership positions, expressing my needs to loved ones, asking other people for help, hanging out with friends, meeting new people, and being comfortable in my own skin.
I would overanalyze things, judge the way I spoked & acted, criticize my looks and the way I think, and and feel guilt and shame for having these “bad” thoughts and feelings .
It all changed when I got fed up one day and decided to face my negative thoughts and feelings instead of pushing them down. I began a meditation and journaling practice to help me become aware of my negativity, feel them in my body, and gain insight & understanding from them so I could change my limiting thought & behavior patterns.
I no longer have ruminating thoughts, I express my needs to others, I have better boundaries, my energy is higher, and I have a more honest relationship with myself & those closest to me.
I even found my life’s purpose, made genuine friendships, and met new people. Best of all, I have unshakeable love and confidence in myself no matter what I try, who I meet, where I go, or what I do.

As part of the coaching program, you’ll have structured access through our weekly Voxer coaching sessions. For more intensive support, we can discuss tailored options such as additional check-ins, questions you need addressed, share updates, get clarity on exercises, or extended availability, based on your specific needs.
