Hey there, I’m Christine! I was once lost, confused, and clueless about who I was and what I wanted in life.
This didn’t happen after I graduated from school. It happened while I was working in a lucrative career and raising 3 kids with my husband.
I even felt guilty for feeling this way because it looked like I had it all. Deep down, what I really wanted was to follow my heart, but I was too scared and had no idea where to start.
It all changed when I was diagnosed with multiple health issues. I decided to follow my bliss because I didn’t know how to get “unlost”.
I also began a meditation and journaling practice to help me become aware of my issues so I could change any patterns that were holding me back in life.
Because of all the inner work, I was able to transform my limiting thoughts & behaviors. I no longer feel lost, I’m able to express my needs to others, I have better boundaries, my energy is higher, and I have a more honest relationship with myself & those closest to me.
I even found my life’s purpose, made genuine friendships, and met new people. Best of all, I have unshakeable love and confidence in myself no matter what I try, who I meet, where I go, or what I do.

As part of the coaching program, you’ll have structured access through our weekly Voxer coaching sessions.
